2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    Your product arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty.

  • Incorrect Item Received
    You receive a product different from what you ordered.

  • Expired Product
    The product is expired at the time of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Prescription-based or medical items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    Include your order number, product name, and photos (if damaged).

  2. Receive Return Approval
    Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation if eligible.

  3. Send the Product Back
    Return the item in its original packaging using a trackable courier.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • If approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
